What did the VA tell my daughter?

The VA apparently told my daughter that I was getting so much medicine from two VA's that the VA was concerned that I could bleed to death. Any any problem perceived by me is my mistake. The comunication divide is used to plant wedges between me and my daughter.

Please keep in mind that the VA is ignoring the impirical evidence which is the only way to get to the truth: The "0 Refills Remaining" in the medicine status report in the VA's websitehttps://www.myhealth.va.gov .

"Hi Tony,
Sorry I have been quiet lately - I have been opening an art gallery in North Beach in San Francisco. It is not public and I keep it off Facebook. http://www.glassdoorgallery.com/
Are you ok now with the meds - the VA called me today to check. I can call them back - I was diving but they were nice and said they mailed the meds to you in Green Valley.
Love.
Kate"

The VA Called me on my cell phone to discuss patient Anthony O'Connell. The topic was Anthony O'Connell medications. They called me 2 times in a row, I answered the 2nd time while driving. The first ring from the number I did not pick up.
Bernadette asked me my relationship to O'Connell and I replied that I am his daughter. She then said it would help if he had a telephone and I said he does not have one and does not plan to get one.
Bernadette assured me he was receiving all medications and verified address in Green Valley with me. Bernadette thought he may be getting too much medication from 2 VA hospitals and could bleed out (To death) if this was the case.
I was driving unfortunately and said I could not stay on the phone as I could not pull over. She gave me her extension but I had no way to write it down."

Tony, I also remember she said she mailed the meds to the address in Green Valley, and she was surprised you did not receive them.

Nothing below is usable

  • Make these points:
    • This is a divide and disempower the family pattern using a trusting family member to carry it out.
      • Goes around veteran's back
      • Leave alarming verbal message
      • No paper trail.
      • Make veteran look foolish to daughter. ("quote)
    • False justification. The justification to call my daughter 900 miles away is false ("xxxx"). Refusing to communicate with the veteran and make it appear as the veteran's fault is a basic pattern.
    • No paper trail.

This is in response to your inquiry dated June 3, 2013, on behalf of Mr. Anthony Miner

  • Comments:
    • "Ms. Schaeffer provided Ms. Simmons with her contact information if any issues with his medication arise."
      • Makes it appear that the veteran is incapable of following his medicine, so they have to go through his daughter. When they are actually avoiding the veteran who has a history of trying to get straight answers.
      • This plants a wedge between me abd my daughter.
      • Communications about medicine should start from the medicine status report in the VA's website https://www.myhealth.va.gov, such as at "0 Refills Remaining". (Insert "0 refills remaining xxx). Why skip over that and create the line of comunication from Ms Schaeffer, to Kate who lives 900 miles away, to me? Why avoid communicating with me. and trusts what she is being told by the VA? Should Kate trust what she is apparently being told ("quotes)who has apparently already told my daughterthat is is that she insists on no paper trail

Dear recipients:
On November 14, 2013, I received a phone call from someone in the VA that said Cardiology had sent two letters
to Anthony O'Connell. Would you please send to me and Mr. Anthony O'Connell copies of these two letters?
I am Anthony O'Connell's Health Care Agent in his Power of Attorney for Health Care and Living Will dated
January 1, 2009. He tells me that he has rescinded this document. He has repeatedly asked that this document be
removed from the VA records, and has done all the procedures he has been instructed to do to make this happen,
such as going to the Release of Information, and trying to make an appointment with the social worker. Please
release this document from the VA records now and send verification to me and Anthony O'Connell that it has
been done.
Please adhere to my September 18, 2013, letter to the Director that said, in part: "If you contact me again
concerning Anthony O'Connell please do it by letter with a copy to Anthony O'Connell, and not by telephone."

Thank you,

  • Comments:
    • Neither the Veteran or his daughter can make the VA leave a paper trail.

Change approach, - teach the patterns.

Two patterns: (1) The VA insists on no paper trail [Telephone]

(2) Two different messages

Create a physical divide in the family. usually be convincing one famil member to keep what they are being told from another family member. Instail/plant a policy of secrecy between family membors.

Veterans tells Arizona Senators that the VA stops his meddicine. Senators write the VA. The VA goes behind the veterans back and tells his daughter 900 miles away, that he has so much medicine they are concerned he could bleed. (Quotes)

And some unknow thing from Surgury (quotes)

VA tells veteran's daughter, behind the veteran's back, that the veteeran has so much medicine they are concerned hie could bleed to death, and

Create strual seperation be tween the Veteran and his daughter by

(2) Block communication between the veteran and his daughter. In this case no written communication from the VA. Only no paper trail conmunication [Teelephone] So it can't be traced back to the VA. Create a divide between the veteran and his daughter. by

The telephone does not leave a paper trail and the attendant accountability.

Kate Simmons tells the VA to not telephone her.

Kate Simmons tells the VA again to not telephone her.

The VA asks me to sign a document saying they can telephone Kate Simmons.

The VA again asks me to sign a document saying they can telephone Kate Simmons.

  • Parts -
    • 1for4
      • Find photos
    • No paper trails/telephone
    • *Difference in message
      • To Kate - get quotes (Too much medicine I could bleed to death. blame me for VA not sending meds(" She doesn't understand -
      • To me - Nothing
    • Pretend can't contact me to justify calling daughter.
    • 2 images of Barber and McCain
    • 2 letters by Gardner
    • *2 letters by daughter
      • (quote them?). try it
