What is the connection beween the VA in Arizona and the Fairfax County Court in Virginia?
After 20 years of trying to go through traditional channels to try to expose the accounting at bk467p191, I posted my web site http://www.canweconnectthedots.com on March 30, 2012. About five and a half weeks later I receive two financial hits. (1) I receive a letter from the Phoenix VA dated May 10, 2012, that basically buries my application for the VA poverty pension in ambugity and confusion. (2) I receive a $27,669 lien notice from the Fairfax County Court, through their law firm, dated May 11, 2012.

2012.05.25 B&K lawfirm letter. My Trustee Power of Attorney for the 15 acres in Fairfax County is revoked. This skips over exposing the accounting at bk467p191.
2012.05.25 A Saint Paul, Minnesota, VA letter refers to the missing document as *"... Statement in Support of claim, received February 7, 2012.". It says or suggests some sort of deception on my part concerning Social Security.

"On your application, you reported you receive $523.00 per month in Social Security. A data exchange with the Social Security Administration showed that you received a gross monthly amount of $839.00 effective December 2011."

2012.08.30 Complaint filed that asks that I be removed as Trustee for the Trust property (15 acres in Fairfax County that we call Accotink).
